Book this on its own, including when another supplier covers the evening. Your individual quotation confirms coverage and sound arrangements.
Send your date, venue, guest numbers and requested times. Mention any drinks reception or room change so we can agree what your quotation includes. To enquire, open Contact and choose Wedding Breakfast Music & Speeches under Your occasion.
GOOD TO KNOW
Your questions, answered.
Can you help with the meal and speeches when our evening entertainment is already booked?
Yes. Wedding-breakfast music and speech support can be requested on its own. Tell us which parts of the meal and speeches you need covered; an evening DJ booking is not required.
How is standalone wedding-breakfast support priced?
It is quoted individually. Send the date, venue, requested coverage times, room details and the music and speech support needed. We have not published a fixed standalone rate.
Can we choose the music for our entrance to the room?
Share the artist, song and exact version, together with who will introduce you and give the cue. Include the entrance in the planned timings so the arrangements can be agreed.
When should the speeches fit around the meal?
Agree the sequence with your venue and catering team, whether that is before, between courses or afterwards. Send us the order of speakers and the expected timings.
What if the venue already has microphones or a sound system?
Tell us what the venue provides and who is responsible for it. Suitability and compatibility need checking before the quotation is finalised; existing equipment is not automatically assumed to cover every requirement.
Can we include a recorded message or presentation in the speeches?
Mention it when enquiring and explain what needs to be heard or shown. Any playback, connection or visual requirement must be agreed as part of the proposed arrangements; it is not automatically included.
