This page explains the information you share through the Twilite website and how the website handles it. It is interim information and is not yet a complete privacy and cookies notice.
Your enquiry details
Our enquiry form asks for your name and email address so we can reply. You can also provide your occasion, event date, venue or location, phone number and a message about your plans. You can enquire before choosing a date or venue.
If you send a shortlist, the enquiry includes your chosen services and options, any guide prices displayed and the page from which you sent it. We use your enquiry details to respond, discuss your event and prepare the proposal you request. An enquiry does not reserve your date or confirm a booking.
Where your enquiry goes
Our website and enquiry system are provided through Illumini. Submitted enquiries are recorded in Illumini, and enquiry notifications are sent to our [email protected] mailbox, which is also managed through Illumini.
Your shortlist and browser storage
The website saves your shortlist and selected event date in your browser so they can be restored as you move between pages and return to the site. These entries are called twilite-quote and twilite-quote-date. They remain until replaced or cleared; the current website does not assign them a fixed expiry.
Session storage also supports navigation, scroll position and recovery from a failed page load. You can clear this website's stored data in your browser settings. This removes your saved shortlist and date, so you may need to enter them again. Blocking browser storage can affect these features.
Technical information and tracking
The website sends technical error reports to its own fault-reporting service when something goes wrong. These include the affected page and error details so faults can be investigated. The reporting code removes common personal and security-related patterns from those details; this does not mean every report is anonymous.
The website's Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta, Pinterest and TikTok tracking integrations are currently disabled.
Your event planner
The Twilite planner is provided through Planning Beats. It lets you organise music choices, tracks to avoid, key moments, venue details and your running order. Planning Beats publishes information about its service in its privacy policy.
