MAKE IT YOURS
Your celebration.
Your way.
Personalised ceremony music, with your chosen songs, playback cues and sound arrangements planned around your venue and running order.
- Before the ceremony: music as guests arrive and take their seats.
- During the ceremony: your entrance music and signing music, where applicable.
- As you leave: your chosen exit music.
- Planning and support: track versions and playback cues agreed with the ceremony lead; songs and timings in your Twilite planner, powered by Planning Beats.
- Sound: equipment and any microphone requirements confirmed for your speakers and setting in your individual quotation.
Wedding ceremony music is available without an evening DJ booking, including when another DJ or band covers the evening. Share your date, venue, ceremony times and requested coverage. For outdoor ceremonies, we also check power, access and a weather alternative.
To enquire, open Contact and choose Wedding Ceremony Music & Sound under Your occasion. Coverage and sound arrangements are individually quoted.
GOOD TO KNOW
Your questions, answered.
Which parts of the ceremony can we plan music for?
Discuss guest arrival, your entrance and exit, plus signing, readings or other moments that form part of your ceremony. The quotation will identify the coverage and arrangements you agree.
Can we request support for an outdoor ceremony?
Yes, you can enquire. Share the location, power, access and indoor weather alternative. Suitability and the required sound arrangements need assessment for that particular setting.
How is speech sound planned for the ceremony?
Tell us who is speaking, where they will stand and what the venue already provides. The quotation will set out the agreed microphones and sound arrangements for the ceremony.
How do we identify the right version of an entrance or exit song?
Send the artist, title and version or a link, plus any specific start point. Note who gives the cue and discuss how the track should finish.
Can the ceremony be at a different venue from the reception?
Include both locations and their timings in your enquiry. Travel, access and any movement between spaces must be assessed; coverage in separate locations is not assumed to happen simultaneously.
What do you need to quote for wedding ceremony music?
Send the date, venue, ceremony start and requested coverage period, guest numbers, music moments, speakers and any existing venue sound provision. You do not need an evening DJ booking. There is no fixed standalone price published.
